    I cancelled premium and persona subscription. On billing history it is showing 48$ and 48$ refund. However in INR term I received 3780 and 3450. Please clarify on it.

    Hi there!

    You have been refunded $48 for the first purchase and the second one was likely processed as a reversal.
    This means the refund was issued before the original charge settled with the bank, so the original charge should have simply disappeared from your bank statement without a refund being issued.
    Please check your statement to see if the original issue is still there and in case of doubts, reach out to your bank for more details.

    I received 3780 and 3450. I was supposed to receive 3780 and 3780. What should I do now?

    We refunded the full amount on both transactions. You can also see the receipts showing this in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

    Please contact your bank/credit card company directly regarding this discrepancy, as it might be a processing error on their end.

    Note that your WordPress.com account is set to US Dollar, and both payments were made and refunded in that currency. If your bank account is in INR, the difference could be due to currency fluctuations between the times your bank processed the two separate transactions on their end.

    We’re not able to account for possible currency fluctuations during refunds. We can only refund the exact amount you paid us, in the currency used to pay us.
