There is no refund option for me and I need the refund because I did not use the website and I am within the 30 days. I have been trying to get in contact but no one has been answering.

Hi there, I can see you were already refunded. It’s coming in two transactions because you cancelled the domain separately.
I’d allow about 5 business days for that to route through your bank. If you don’t see it then and they aren’t able to find them on their end, contact us and we can provide ARNs.
