What are you trying to cancel? The account you’re using to post here has never bought any upgrades from us.
To cancel and refund any upgrade you must first be logged in as the account that owns the upgrade in question.
The OP did not ask for instructions on closing their account. They asked for help with a refund. Please tag all such requests for staff, as we ask in the volunteer guidelines:
