    Hi good morning,
    Sorry I applied for a refund transaction with my site redirect which was 10 days ago and I was told to wait for 7-10 days for the refund but I still haven’t gotten it.
    Please help.

    Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

    You can reach out to your bank and let them know this number:

    ARN: 55429500191637971239870

    This should help them to locate the refund for you.
