  Hi @directorearman, we’re happy to refund recent payments if you’ll you log into the account that was charged.

  You should be able to log out and log back in using the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  If you can’t remember what that is and don’t have access to the email anymore, you can use these steps to regain access:
