  Why after canceling, the refund is not isn’t coming!

  A refund can take up to 10 business days. But some banks do need a lot more of time, https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/

  You only cancelled your upgrades two hours ago. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to reflect in your bank account, as @staartmees mentioned above.
