    How long does it take for a refund to be put back into an account?

    Hi there, I can see your refund was sent (actually as two separate refunds). It’s complete on our end, but it can take several business days for that to route back properly and appear on your statement.

    If after 2 weeks you still don’t see the refund on your account, please contact the bank directly to confirm it wasn’t voided, then contact us here and we’ll give you the ARN so your bank can try to locate them.
