I need a refund on my recent purchase at the end of June of $20 for 10 GB of space. No one answered my two questions posted last week and this week. My issue has not been resolved, and I would like my $20 back. Please advise.

WordPress.com provides a 30-day refund on all upgrades except Domain Registrations, Domain Renewals, and Guided Transfers.
Provided you are logged in under the same username account that purchased the upgrade, you can request a refund yourself directly from the Store section of your Dashboard

The reason I am requesting this refund is because of the following previous email I sent out…
“I just purchased a 10GB space upgrade at the end of last month for $20. I have done this around the month of June for the past 2 years.
I was posting last night, and my photos are not being downloaded because it says I am out of space. I am confused because I just renewed by purchasing this upgrade for $20. Please advise.”
Maybe you can help me out with this??? I won’t ask for a refund if this issue can be resolved. It says my current status is “active,” so I know it went through.

Every WordPress.com blog gets 3 GB free space. You purchased an additional 10GB space upgrade which makes a total of 13GB. It seems that you’ve used 13GB, see the notification at https://pebblesandstonesaz.wordpress.com/wp-admin/upload.php . You can either remove some of your images or get more space.
