  I have canceled all subscriptions on the same day after i register wrong plan. I saw my account record shows the same. However, transaction is made and charged me already. Please refund asap. Thank you.

  Refunds can take up to 10 business days or more. If you still didn’t receive your money after 2 weeks, contact your bank.

  We processed your refunds on 16 August. You can see the receipts with transaction IDs from our payment processor here:

  https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Please follow up with your bank and provide them with those transaction IDs so they can check for the refunds on their system. If they need a ARN number, let us know and we can send you that via email.
