I have never used the services it was supposed to be a trial and then I was charged every year in the subscription plan and domain since 2017

Hi there,
Your Premium Plan renewal of €99.00 of 14 August was refunded automatically yesterday when you cancelled it. You can see a receipt for that refund in your billing history at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/
However, refunds on domain registrations and renewals can only be processed for 96 hours after payment, so it is no longer possible to refund the €18 renewal payment for the domain, pharmeoplus.com.
If you still want to use that domain, here or elsewhere, we can restore it to your account.
