Hi. I was reviewing my deposit and withdraw statements for the summer, and I realized I never received my full refund for canceling my subscription plan. I originally purchased a premium subscription, but ended needing to purchase a Business subscription for better and more upgrades. After trying to use the site for a couple days I came to the realization that I had to keep buying separate subscriptions in order to build the sites that I want. That being said I cancelled everything all together with a short few days, and only received money back for the business subscription and not for the premium one.

You bought Premium from us on 4 July, and upgraded to Business later the same day.
On 10 July you reached out to live chat support and requested to downgrade back to Premium. So we restored the original Premium Plan, and refunded only the additional payment you made to upgrade to Business.
That Premium Plan was only cancelled a few days ago, on 30 August, which is almost a full month past the 30-day refund period for the original Premium Plan.

I have now processed a late refund for that plan. You should receive the refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
