  Hi there, I cancelled a domain purchase of £36 as it wasn’t needed anymore and want to ensure that I am receiving the refund? Thanks so much

  Yes, we refunded £36.00 on September 4th. It may take up to ten days for the funds to reach you. Any delays should be discussed with the bank directly as the funds are in their control at this point.
