Hello, I’m writing because I cancelled my subscription and was sent an email saying I would be refunded 96.00 to my original form of payment within 7-10 days of my cancellation. It has now been 10 days and I still have not received my refund.

Hi there,
I see that we processed the refund back to you on 9/1 – we released the funds back to your bank and they are no longer with us. It can take up to 10 business days. If you do not see it in the next several days, I would contact your bank about this. Sometimes, they are able to see pending transactions that you do not see on your end. Also, depending on your bank and the country in which you reside, the refund could take longer. Please reach out to them and let us know what you find out.
