I requested a refund on the 5th. Would someone be able to explain why I haven’t gotten it cleared or even pending yet, almost 10 days later?
To be clear: I paid $51 and change, to get basic, then again $51 and change to upgrade. Then, when I wasn’t given the amenities I was promised in the package upgrades, I requested a refund. I’ve only gotten 1 payment back. Why haven’t I gotten the other? -
Hi there – We process the refunds on our side right away. It’s then up to your bank to then process and apply the funds back into your account. This process can take anywhere from 7 to 15 business days, which does require some patience at times. If you would like to know the status, please contact your bank as a next step.
