  I tried to issue a refund the day after I set my WordPress site up and assumed it all went through successfully.

  I then looked today and saw how I hadn’t received any confirmation email for it.

  I need this resolved today as it’s within the 30 day period.

  Please help ASAP. Thanks.

  You can check and cancel a purchase yourself at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases

  Your refund was sent August 17.

  Since it was sent the same day as the purchase, your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal, meaning the original charge would have been removed from your statement.
