  I got charged for Jetpack in August and my site has been closed for over two years. Who can I contact to get my refund???

  If you don’t use that plugin any more, please contact Akismet support directly for help cancelling and refunding the recent renewal:

  Correction – it looks like the most recent payment is instead for the VaultPress backup plugin. You can reach the VaultPress support team here:
