  I bought a premium plan for my website on 11 September in 3360 rupees and I canceled my purchase plan on 14 September.And request for money refund, but my refund has not come yet

  Refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement, but some banks outside of the United States may require more time to process the refund.

  You can reach out to your bank and give them this number:

  ARN: 74492150258637651315138

  They should be able to locate the refund for you.

  Yes, the refund was sent on September 13.

  The refund was sent to the credit card you used to purchase the upgrade on September 13.

  If it has not yet appeared in your account, please provide your credit card provider with ARN number that my colleague provided earlier today.
