  Hi, i would like to get information about my refund. I canceled the subscription within the correct period of time and got part of my refund back immediately. But the is still part of my refund blocked on my card (1848CZK=about 77 dolars). Why is that and when can I expect to get this money back?

  I’m seeing that both refunds were processed 2020-09-22. Typically refunds show up withing 48 hours, but can take as long as a week. And in rare cases, longer than that. The timing is up to your financial institution, I’m afraid. Once we process the refund, it is out of our hands. You might contact their support team and ask them for information.

  I do agree that it is odd that one refund showed up right away and the other has not. But I would give it a day or two and if it still hasn’t shown up, let us know (or contact your bank).
