    I have not received my refund yet ! it has been more than 10 business days

  • The refund was sent the same day as a purchase, so your credit card provider may have processed it as a reversal.

    This means that the original charge may have simply been removed.

    From what I can see you purchased our WordPress.com Premium Plan on August 31 and then cancelled it 2 hours later (also on Aug 31)

    In cases where the cancellation happens so close to the original transaction, instead of issuing a “refund” your institution may just reverse the original charge so it “drops off” your record.

    Please confirm with your credit card company that this is the case, and that they reversed the charge rather than issue a refund. Thanks!
