  I am very frustrated with this situation with y’all. I want WordPress to give me back the $300 I was charged for the business membership from WordPress. But y’all don’t seem to understand that. I keep getting the same message back. I don’t know what “other account” y’all are talking about. Please help me figure this out. Bree Benson

  Stop creating duplicate threads. You won’t getter or faster help, on the contrary. As Staff members already told you 2 months ago, your account @gracemassagetherapy2019 has no history of bying a Business Plan. So that upgrade must be connected.
