  I card is expired. I need refund to another card indicated in my settings

  Howdy,

  Let’s see what we can do to sort this out.

  I’m seeing a renewal charge on 2020-09-26 for the site trashmind.blog. Then I’m seeing a refund request from today 2020-10-02 for the plan portion of that charge.

  Is this what you were trying to do? If not, can you explain a bit more about what you are looking to get paid for or refunded?

  Yes, I want to refund to all the amount charged on September 26, but the card used for payment is expired. So I need this refund to made to my new card. I indicated the details of my new card in my account settings

  Hi there,

  A refund can only be made to the same payment method that was used for the payment itself. It is completely impossible for us to send a refund to a different card than the one you used to pay. Additionally, the refund has already been processed on our end – that happened the moment you cancelled your plan – so we no longer have any control over that money. That payment has already been returned to your bank, and is waiting for them to process the refund on their end.

  It should not matter that the card is expired. Your bank/credit card company will ensure on their end that the refund is made to the correct card when they process it on their end.
