  Hi, I’ve requested a refund and was expecting $78usd return, however I have only been refunded $25.28 aud. Can I have further clarification as to why only this amount has come through?

  I’m seeing a charge on 10-08-20 and then a refund processed that same day. Often when that happens, the charge is just canceled rather than processed and refunded. Can you check with your banking institution and verify that is the case?
