Hi guys,
I tried to contact your chat support with not much luck.
I’ve just received a bill for this account. However I was under the impression that it was canceled. As you can see it has been inactive for quite some time.
I was just wondering if we could please be refunded this latest payment and go ahead and cancel this account?

For what payment, on what site, would you like a refund?
The account you’re using to post here doesn’t currently own any upgrades with us. You bought a Business Plan from us in June 2019, but that plan expired and was removed from your account on 22 June 2020. We don’t even have a current credit card on file for you any more.
