  Hi, I’ve just deleted my domain account and everything. But I have paid until June 2021 where the renewal would normally take place. Can you please re calculate and take a refund?

  Hi Lia,

  We can only issue a refund within the first 30 days after the purchase of any plan or 96 hours for domains.

  Your subscriptions were already past their refund time. If you wish, we can restore the site and subscriptions for you so you can keep it until next year.
