    Hello,

    I have a wordpress website however auto renewal should of beem turned off. I have had two transactions taken from my account ans would like them refunded as soon as possible. Card ending in 6657 under the name Whitney Thomas or Anthony Halliwell.

    I do not see any sites under your WordPress.com account when I check on our end. You can confirm by visiting this page: https://wordpress.com/sites.

    Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Can you please fill out the form here to the best of your ability? https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/

    If the info you add to that form is not a match for what we show in our system, then a contact form will appear that will allow you send a direct message to our billing support team, and from there they will reach out to you directly via email.
