  Please I would like a refund for a 24 dollar deduction on my account as Im no longer using the email and the domain. Im badly needed of money as my dad is under medication.

  Is it possible you created your site under a different login?  Is it the case that you are you using another provider like GoDaddy, Bluehost, Hostgator, etc. instead? What is the URL of the site you are needing help with?
