  I canceled on November 15, 2020. Ten days have passed. No refund of $48 yet. Received WordPress notification ‘cancelled and refunded.’ But there’s no refund received. Paid by charge card.

  Hi! Since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the charge was reversed rather than refunded.

  Depending on how your bank opts to display that, it may appear as a refund, or it may have been removed from the statement completely. Can you double check with the card company / bank to see how they display a reversal? I can confirm it was definitely processed on this end.

  I just checked online but there’s no refund in the account. I will though check by phone to see if indeed the reversal does not appear in the e-statement.
