  I cancelled my account how do I get my refund to my credit card?

  Hi, I don’t see any upgrades associated with this account. Are you able to log out and log back in as the account you used to make the upgrade?

  Hi it wasn’t an upgrade I was charged $114 annual fee that I would like to cancel. I cancelled my account altogether so I need to cancel the charge please.
