I have been charged £99 on 3rd November, my bank took ages to look into it – hence the delay in me getting back to you on this. I don’t know what I was charged for, as I’ve logged into my account here and cannot see anything on the billing – and I also do not use this website anymore so I would like to kindly request my money back.

michelleprestige) doesn’t appear to have any recent charges on it – the most recent one I see is from October 2021.The code you mentioned (which we redacted just in case, as this is a public forum) doesn’t appear to match with anything in our system. As such, could you fill out the form found here: https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ ?
The “Why Was I Charged” form helps us locate the charge in the system, using info such as the Transaction ID from your bank statement, which should look a little like one of the examples in this guide: https://wordpress.com/support/billing-history/#retrieve-a-transaction-id
