  I contacted you for a refund and this was paid to me but this money was then taken from my account on the same day so I need it refunded back to me as I have already cancelled my subscription

  Refunds typically show up within 24-72 hours. Though they can take up to 7-10 days and in rare cases, longer.

  I’m seeing a purchase made 12/7/20 and then a refund requested/processed that same day. Often when purchases and refunds happen in quick succession, banks simply cancel out the charge as if it never happened. So you won’t see a refund because the charge will also not be reflected on your account.

  I would encourage you to check with your financial institution and see if that is the situation here.

  Hi

  The issue I am having is that I received the refund on 8/12/20 which came into my account but the charge was also taken on the same day.

  So basically I have had a refund of £240 but then payment for the subscription of £240 has been taken after the refund was give received into my account so I am in a deficit.

  I already cancelled my subscription but the money has been taken so I need it refunding back to me please.

  I can see how that would be frustrating.

  However, I’m afraid we have no control over the timing of how debits/credits apply to your account. That is completely as the discretion of your financial institution. You will need to contact their support team and ask them why this happened the way that it did.
