  I need to refund my year subscription that of which I only used 4 months

  It is possible to refund your purchase in full if it is within 30 days of your initial purchase, but we are not able to provide a refund after that point. See: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  If you would like, I am happy to restore your WordPress.com Premium Plan and domain (flying-financial.com) to active status so you can continue to use them. I am not able to provide a partial refund however.
