  When I expect my refund? It has been more than two weeks.

  You’re right, refunds usually take about 10 business days to appear in your account, but it depends on the processing times at your bank. It can also take longer if you are with a non-US bank. Please follow up with your bank directly on this. You can provide them the transaction ID that appears in the refund receipt as a reference.

  There isn’t a transaction ID because there hasn’t been a refund receipt issued. If you’re telling me it has been issued, then where, exactly, can I find said receipt? My bank is a US bank.
