  I noticed the $84 was refunded, but I still have a charge for $18. .What additional steps do I need to complete to have that removed also.

  To clarify, it is only possible to cancel your domain ($18) for a refund if it has been less than 96 hours since you registered it: https://wordpress.com/support/manage-purchases/#refund-policy

  Looking closer I see you were just a few hours past that deadline, so I have manually issued a refund for the remaining $18.

  You can expect to see the funds in your account in the next 7-10 business days, and can see a receipt confirming this refund here:  https://wordpress.com/me/billing
