    Hi there, I tried going to manage purchases to refund and cancel my wordpress site and all upgrades I have purchased but It says I don’t have any? I purchased a whole year and much more. Any help would be appreciated, thanks.

    For what site is this?

    The account you’re using to post here doesn’t own any sites on WordPress.com, and has never bought anything from us.

    If you’re speaking of the site, https://lifeatlittlelark.com, that site is not hosted with us, but with Bluehost.com – it’s only connected to your account via the free Jetpack plugin. You’re paying Bluehost for hosting that site, so you can contact them directly for help with cancelling and refunding your hosting plan with them.
