Thank you! The status on this end still says it’s under review (so still in dispute) but it might take time for PayPal’s status change to show up.
Do you want to double check on that end to ensure showing up as closed on that end, then update us here?

And to be clear, I’d refund it now but cannot while the status is still disputed. It may be just taking time for their updates to come through. Once the dispute is closed on both ends we should be able to refund.

We still have not received a resolution from your payment provider. This can take several days, and we cannot proceed until we receive the resolution from them.

The dispute has been resolved in our favor and you can now go to your Purchases page (https://wordpress.com/me/purchases), cancel both your plan and your domain and receive a refund.
