A refund usualls takes up to 10 Business days. Due to the hollidays it can take longer. Also banks outside of the USA usually need a lot more of time.

    Hey Primemotion7,

After processing, refunds usually take about seven to ten business days to appear on your statement.

For credit card refunds, it could take up to 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to show up. International refunds can take even longer to reach you. Your financial institution is going to be able to tell you when to expect the refund and how it will be listed on your statement.

    Hope it helps.

  • Thank you, staartmees .

Just noting too @primemotion7, I can see this is fully processed on our end. If you’ve given it about 10 business days and still can’t see it, please update us here and we can provide you with the ARN to give to your bank.

    Thank you staartmees and supernovia.

Supernovia please can you tell me what day this was first processed?

    Many thanks

  • Sure. Sorry I hadn’t checked the date earlier. This was completed on December 11, 2020.

Have you contacted your bank yet? If you have and if they have asked for an ARN, let us know and we can provide that.

    Okay thanks.

So should I expect this to take 30 days?

Wait until 11th January then contact you again?

  • Hi there,

In this case I would recommend reaching out to your bank and ask them to take a look. The refund period is 10 business days (not 30 days) but this is likely delayed even further due to the fact that there were two major holidays during the same period.

As @supernovia mentions, if they need further info to find the transaction, we can provide the “ARN number” associated with the transaction so they can find it and let you know what they are seeing on their end.

    Hope this helps!
