  I asked for a refund but I changed my mind. I still want to upgrade my website. Can I do that before the refund is completed?

  I can see that the refunds have already been processed and are on their way back to you. You can confirm here: https://wordpress.com/me/purchases/billing/

  Once the refund is processed it is too late for us to be able to reverse that on our end, so you will need to instead re-purchase your WordPress.com Personal Plan here: https://wordpress.com/plans/annaanitasblog.wordpress.com

  Once you have added that, let us know if you want annaanitasblog.com back. You have about 48 hours until we are not able to recover it, so time is of the essence.
