  my card was charged and now I need to cancel and get a refund. nothing shows up under purchases?

  Hi @joejennings99, my guess is that you’ve got another account. Can you log out and log in with the account associated with that site? It should be the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not.

  If you aren’t sure what that is, use the secure form at wpchrg.com to look up the payment, then you can reach out to billing directly.
