I have been automatically charged for Word Press Premium and wish to cancel and get a full refund. I have already cancelled the product. Please can you confirm how long it takes to get the refund? I believe as long as I cancel within 30 days of renewing, I am entitled to one. Is this correct?

From what I can see this charge is under review by your credit card company, which locks us out of our ability to issue a refund.
Did you contest this charge with your credit card company? If so please cancel this dispute with your bank. Once we see the dispute has been lifted on our end, we are happy to issue a refund.
