I was charged by you and I thought I disabled everything from here.
I cancelled everything but I was charged by you again $300, I talked to paypal to reject that charge, but it seems that they can’t.
Can you help me to refund that money to me?
Also I would like to cancel any plan or subscription that is still active for this profile and if it’s possible delete it.

According to PayPal, the chargeback dispute is still active with them. We can still issue a refund for this, but not while the chargeback dispute is active. Once you have canceled that dispute with PayPal, we’ll be happy to issue a refund.
