  I cant find the refund anywhere on my banking app

  Hi, I see two refunds, one of which is still in progress because it was initiated today, and another recent refund that was processed as a reversal.

  With that one, since you cancelled immediately after purchasing, the refund may not appear at all — the entire charge might have simply been voided.

  I’d recommend checking your records to see if the original charge is still there. If it is, please contact your bank to see how they display voided charges, then let us know if you need more help.

  And for the other one, just give it a few days (up to 5-10 business days but usually less than that.)
