Hello, on January 7 or 8 I canceled a Hosting that I bought with you, it was canceled the next day, I did not receive the cancellation email and I still do not receive my refund in my account

I can see that the cancellation and refund was processed. This typically does appear within 10 working days of that being actioned.
If this isn’t present on the statement of the card that was charged – you may need to reach out to your financial institution for help on finding that.
