  Who do I talk to about a refund I still have not received? I canceled the day it renewed.

  Hey there, was the refund associated with this account? I don’t see any recent charges or refunds as the last payment was last year.

  If you have another account that could be under, can you log out and log back in as that user? Or, send a link to the site?

  Noting too, if you refunded the very same day, it’s highly likely your refund was processed as a reversal / voided. In that case it would simply drop off your statement rather than showing up as a refund. So you might double check to see if the original charge is still there.

  ARG! It’s a different account. Should I log back in under that account and submit the same question? The charge is still showing on my credit card and in the account history.
