  Hello ENGINEER,

  I had not made an auto-deduction for the next year payment but it got deducted. So and then I have cancelled the subscription and have applied for refund. How many hours will it take to refund and in which account?
  I hope you’ll help me out.

  Hi there,

  It can take between 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect on your bank statement. It will end up back in the account which you used to make the initial payment.
