Refund

Hi there,
What is the upgrade you are waiting on a refund for? I see a subscription that was refunded back in late August of last year.

@litswag87 have you contacted your bank? We can provide an ARN if they are unable to find it. Also, to confirm, is this regarding a refund from last summer, or did you have a recent refund on another account?
-
My bank is actually not seeing the refund at all. Also they are not my preferred bank. The payment originated from an online card, called Albo.
I would prefer to use my primary bank account, BBVA Bancomer MexicoAlso to answer the 2nd question, yes this is regarding that transaction..

The refund can only go to the bank/card you used to make the purchase, so are you checking with them?

Just to clarify, this is the bank you must check with. Are you checking with them?
The preferred bank would not see a refund unless that was the bank you used (directly with us) to make the purchase. You need to check with Albo.

It seems there’s some confusion here.
1. We refunded the purchase to the bank that the original purchase was made. To track the refund, you can give them this payment provider ARN number: 55429500242637262918595
2. Once your bank accepted the refund, the funds were transferred to them and our obligation to provide the refund was completed.
3. We are unable to do anything else as the funds are no longer with us – they were returned to the bank that the original purchase was made.
Since you indicated the payment originated from Albo, ultimately they would be the one who needs to resolve this for you. There’s nothing else we can do on our end to resolve this. I hope that clarifies things.
