I would like to cancel the domain that I use (www.sucupots.com), however I had not noticed that I have activated so that the automatic payment is made, so the charge was made. I want to cancel the domain and request my refund. Thanks.

Thanks for getting in touch. I can definitely help you get this sorted. Do you have any plans to use the domain again now, or in the future? If so, then we don’t want to cancel it. That process opens it up to being purchased by someone else. Just write back and let me know then we can continue. Thanks.

Just took a closer look. I see you were able to trigger an automatic refund yesterday. That should reach you in about ten days. Write back if you have plans on using that domain again so we can work through that process and make sure you’re able to maintain ownership of it.
