  I signed up for the money back guarantee 14 day trial. When I canceled my subscription I was only given partial money back. I want all my money to be refunded like the advertisement said.

  We do not offer 14-day trials. For initial domain registrations, the time frame to receive a refund is 96 hours. All other annual subscriptions and renewals have a 14-day refund window. For more information on refund policy, please visit our support page:
