  How do I get a refund I’ve cancelled my subscription

  Hello I didn’t turn off my auto renew and was charged today for the next year of subscription. I don’t want the site anymore, how do I organise a refund please

  I’m not seeing jd-power-washing.com as a domain active on WordPress.com. In fact, I’m not seeing it as a registered domain anywhere. Can you double check the spelling?

  Could you be thinking of jd-power-wash.com? If so, I do see a domain/plan that was purchased in November 2020 and canceled 2021-03-04. But due to the time passed since it was purchased, it is not eligible for a refund.

  I’m seeing a refund as having been processed on 2021-03-14. So you should be all set. Please keep in mind that while many refunds show up withing 24-48 hours, it is not unusual for them to take up to 7-10 days. And in rare cases, typically with non USA banks, even longer.
