  Hi there,
  An automatic renewal was charged to my card that I did not wish to go through with. I have cancelled the plan and am wondering where to from here to get a refund for the recent renewal I paid.

  Hi Jasmyn, your refund is already on its way… in fact I wouldn’t be surprised if the charge is voided because you removed it so quickly.

  A refund will show up on your card company’s statements as a credit, while the original charge stays. A voided charge would disappear altogether. Let us know if you need more help!
