  Hello,
  I’ve purchased the premium plan a couple days ago and requested a refund. It’s been 3 days but i still haven’t received my refund. I dont know what to do? Can you confirm my refund?

  Hi denizlavigne,

  You will be refunded to the same payment method you used for your purchase. Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

  Echoing what @austinsangs has said, the refund goes to the same payment method used for the purchase.

  Refunds usually take about 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.
